This is the story of Philippe, a musician and pizza artist who immigrated to Israel from France, bringing with him everything he knows about dough and pizza. In fac, Philippe learned about preparing dough from an Italian chef, but he gained his excellent skills in pizza topping from elite French cuisine.
Philippe doesn't compromise, and makes his dough using painstaking methods and the most suitable raw materials. The process includes selecting special combinations of vegetables, fine cheeses, and sausages, orchestrating the pizzas as they come out at the exact right moment from the special wood-burning stove – hot and steaming, aromatic, fresh, crisp, and fabulously delicious.
